How do I renew my membership billed through iTunes?

If your membership is billed through iTunes, it will automatically renew until you cancel.

If you have cancelled and would like to resubscribe, you can go to https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions to manage your subscription. You can also use the steps below.

On your iPad or iPhone:

  1. Tap Settings on your home screen.
  2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap on your Apple ID.
  4. Tap View Apple ID. (You may be prompted to sign in to the iTunes store. Enter your password or fingerprint ID.)
  5. Tap Subscriptions.
  6. Scroll down to the Expired section.
  7. Tap on IXL.
  8. Tap your desired subscription option.
  9. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.

From iTunes on a computer:

  1. Sign in to your iTunes account.
  2. On the top menu bar, click Account.
  3. Select View My Account. (You may be prompted to sign in again. Enter your password, and click OK.)
  4. Scroll down to the Settings section.
  5. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.
  6. In the Expired section, click edit to the right of IXL.
  7. Select your desired subscription option.
  8. Enter your Apple ID password when prompted.
  9. Click Done.

Your IXL membership will automatically renew until you cancel it again.
